Bleach vs Peroxide

Subject: Bleach vs Peroxide

Clorox vs Peroxide VERY interesting and inexpensive. This was

written by Becky Ransey of Indiana (a doctor's Wife), and I want to

share it with you.

She was over recently for coffee and

smelled the bleach I was using to clean my toilet and counter

tops. This is what she told me. 'I would like to tell you of the

benefits of that Plain little ole bottle of 3% peroxide you can get

for under $1.00 at

any drug store. What does bleach cost?

My husband has been in the medical field for over 36 years, And most

doctors

don't tell you about peroxide. Have you Ever smelled bleach in a

doctor's

office? NO!!!

Why? because it smells, and it is

not healthy! Ask the nurses who work in

the doctor's offices, and ask them if they use bleach at home. They are

wiser and know better!

Did you also know bleach was invented in

the late 40's? It's chlorine,

folks! And it was used to kill our

Troops. Peroxide was invented during WWI

in the 20's. It was used to

save and help cleanse the needs of our troops

and hospitals.

Please think about this:

1. Take one

capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and

hold in

your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. (I do it when I

bathe.) No more canker sores, and your teeth will be whiter without

expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash.

2. Let

your toothbrushes soak in a cup of peroxide to keep them free of

germs.

3. Clean your counters and table tops with peroxide to kill

germs and leave

a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe, or

spray

it on the counters.

4. After rinsing off your

wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to kill

salmonella and

other bacteria.

5. I had fungus on my feet for years until I sprayed a 50/50 mixture of

peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and

let dry.

6. Soak any infections or cuts in

3% peroxide

for five to ten minutes several times a day. My husband has

seen gangrene that would not heal with any medicine but was healed by

soaking in peroxide.

7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50

mixture of peroxide and Water and keep

it in every bathroom to

disinfect without Harming your septic system like

bleach or most other Disinfectants will.

8. Tilt your head

back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture

whenever you

have a cold, plugged sinus. It will bubble and help to kill the

bacteria. Hold for a few minutes, and then blow your nose into a

tissue.

9. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a

dentist right away,

put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and

hold it for ten minutes

several times a day. The pain will lessen

greatly.

10. And of course, if you like a natural look to your hair,

spray the 50/50

solution on your wet hair after a shower and comb it through. You will not

have the peroxide-burnt blonde hair like the

hair dye packages but more

natural highlights if your hair is a light brown, reddish, or dirty

blonde.

It also lightens gradually, so it's not a drastic change.

11. Put half a bottle of peroxide in your bath to help get rid

of boils,

fungus, or other skin infections.

12. You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of

whites in your laundry

to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing, pour

it directly

on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse

with cold water.

Repeat if necessary.

13. I use peroxide to clean my mirrors.

There is no smearing, which is why

I love it so much for this.

14. Another place it's great is in the bathroom, if someone has been

careless & has wet on the floor around the toilet & it's

begun to smell of

urine. Just put some peroxide in a spray bottle & spray. In the blink of any eye

all the smell will be gone

& the bacteria eliminated!

I could go on and on. It is a little brown bottle no home should be

without! With prices of most necessities rising, I'm glad

there's a way to

save tons of money in such a simple, healthy

manner! ' This information really

woke me up. I hope you gain something from it, too.

Pass it on! Clorox vs peroxide VERY interesting and inexpensive

Burglary

(Great info to have for investigating officers and one more point of entry to check.....)

Technology is so wonderful - how to break into a home in less than 6 seconds with audio/visual aids!! Please look at your garage door!

After our home inspection it was noted that our garage door had a dent in it. Rhys and I were in the garage last night talking about it and trying to figure out how it got a dent in it. Finally figured out someone tried to break in. Then I searched youtube and found the below video. Please watch it. I took the pull string off of ours and zip tied the lever up to the slider. Now you have to cut the zip tie in order to release the lever. Please pass on.

Kidnapping

NEW FORM OF KIDNAPPING

Please take a minute to read this. This is very scary and could happen to
any of us. Seems like every nice thing people do for one another can be
perverted.

A new twist on kidnapping from a very smart survivor:

About a month ago there was a woman standing by the mall entrance passing
out flyers to all the women going in. The woman had written the flyer
herself to tell about an experience she had, so that she might warn other women.

The previous day, this woman had finished shopping, went out to her car
and discovered that she had a flat.

She got the jack out of the trunk and began to change the flat. A nice man
dressed in a business suit and carrying a briefcase walked up to her and
said, 'I noticed you're changing a flat tire. Would you like me to take care
of it for you?'

The woman was grateful for his offer and accepted his help. They chatted
amiably while the man changed the flat, and then put the flat tire and the
jack in the trunk, shut it and dusted his hands off.

The woman thanked him profusely, and as she was about to get in her car,
the man told her that he left his car around on the other side of the mall,
and asked if she would mind giving him a lift to his car.

She was a little surprised and she asked him why his car was on the other
side.

He explained that he had seen an old friend in the mall that he hadn't
seen for some time and they had a bite to eat, visited for a while, and he got
turned around in the mall and left through the wrong exit, and now he was
running late.

The woman hated to tell him 'no' because he had just rescued her from
having to change her flat tire all by herself, but she felt uneasy! (Trust
that gut feeling!)

Then she remembered seeing the man put his briefcase in her trunk before
shutting it and before he asked her for a ride to his car. She told him
that she'd be happy to drive him around to his car, but she just remembered
one last thing she needed to buy (Smart woman!!)

She said she would only be a few minutes; he could sit down in her car and
wait for her; she would be as quick as she could. She hurried into the
mall, and told a security guard what had happened, the guard came out to her
car with her, but the man had left. They opened the trunk, took out his
locked briefcase and took it down to the police station.

The police opened it (ostensibly to look for ID so they could return it to
the man). What they found was rope, duct tape, and knives. When the police
checked her 'flat' tire, there was nothing wrong with it; the air had
simply been let out. It was obvious what the man's intention was, and obvious
that he had carefully thought it out in advance. The woman was blessed to
have escaped harm.

How much worse it would have been if she had children with her and had
them wait in the car while the man fixed the tire, or if she had a baby
strapped into a car seat? Or if she'd gone against her judgment and given him a
lift?

I'd like you to forward this to all the women you know. It may save a
life.

A candle is not dimmed by lighting another candle. I was going to send
this to the ladies only; but guys, if you love your mothers, wives, sisters,
daughters, etc., you may want to pass it on to them, as well.

Send this to any woman you know that may need to be reminded that the
world we live in has a lot of crazies in it. Better to be safe than sorry.

PLEASE BE SAFE AND NOT SORRY!!

Gas Credit / Debit Card

CHECK THIS OUT! I WILL START USING CLEAR BUTTON

PLEASE PASS ON TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS.

Using credit/debit card to purchase gasoline? Read this note very carefully. I did not know about the clear button, but I will be pushing the clear button before I swipe my gas or debit card and after just to be safe.

People are getting really desperate due to the constantly rising gas prices. A friend just told me about something that happened to one of his coworkers.

She used her credit/debit card to purchase gas at the pump (like most of us do). She received her receipt like normal.

However, when she checked her statement, there were two $50 charges added in addition to her purchase. Upon investigation, she found out that because she did not press the 'clear' button on the pump, the employee inside the store was able to use her card to purchase his/her own gas!

To keep this from happening, after you get your receipt, you must press the 'CLEAR' button or your information will be stored until the next customer inserts their card.

Be sure to tell all your friends/family so that this doesn't happen to them!

I had never noticed the clear button but I got gas the other day and sure enough it is there. I shall be using it from now on.

Jury Scam

The called claims to be a jury coordinator. If you protest that you never
received a summons for jury duty, the scammer asks you for your Social Security number and date of birth so he or she can verify the information and cancel the arrest warrant. Give out any of this information and bingo; your identity was just stolen.
