Elite Defensive Tactics Martial Arts Academy located at 2023 Crompond Road Yorktown Heights NY. (914) 962-3267. My staff of dedicated instructors an I offer the best in martial arts training for you and your family. The school has been in operation for 20 years. We conduct classes for children and adults. We teach a variety of martial arts that include, Jujitsu, Kenpo Karate, Chen Style Tai Chi, and Kickboxing. I am retired New York City Police Lieutenant with 20 years of service. I was assigned to plain clothes units for 15 years. I spent 11 of those years in the Elite N.Y.P.D. Organized Crime Control Bureau, Narcotics Division. Eight Years as a sergeant and three years as a lieutenant. I have personally effected and or supervised over 5,000 arrests in my career. I am very proud that the units I supervised were awarded prestigious N.Y.P.D. Unit Citations for achievement and bravery. The real heroes are the officers that gave their lives to fight the urban war on crime. During my tenure with the N.Y.P.D (1980-2000), 92 Police Officers gave their lives protecting the public. They should not be forgotten. When you see a cop just say thanks.
